Wrocław has four cinemas on this site, run by two chains. Each chain has its own programme, and each programme mixes dubbed, voice-over and subtitled versions of the same film. This site reads both programmes and keeps only the English-language screenings with Polish subtitles. You see them on one page, for today and the next seven days.

Each cinema card carries a small tag with its chain, cinemacity or helios. A Source filter lets you see one chain at a time.
Look for "napisy"
On Polish booking sites, the version you want is marked napisy, which means subtitles. The English audio stays, and the Polish text runs at the bottom of the screen. Two other versions exist, and we leave both out:
- dubbing, where Polish actors' voices replace the original ones
- lektor, where one Polish voice reads the lines over the English sound
How we check each chain
Cinema City says, for every screening, what the original language is and whether the film is dubbed, voiced over or subtitled. That makes the check exact. We keep English originals with Polish subtitles and nothing else.
Helios marks a subtitled print but does not say which language the film is in. So for Helios Magnolia and Helios Aleja Bielany we keep subtitled screenings of films that are not Polish, then remove films that IMDb lists in another language. A Spanish or French film can still slip in once in a while. If a title looks unfamiliar, check it on the Helios site before you book.
Booking a ticket
- Go to English movies in Wrocław.
- Pick a day from the row of dates.
- Tap Korona, Wroclavia, Magnolia or Aleja Bielany to narrow the list, or pick one chain with the Source filter.
- Filter by format, for example 3D or IMAX.
- Search by title if you know what you want.
- Tap a showtime. The chain's own booking page opens, and you buy the ticket there.
Each film shows its English title, poster, running time and an IMDb rating when one exists. We do not sell tickets or show prices.
